Select the product, click Find, and purchase the software using the Buy Now link.

Follow the below instructions to activate your software using an activation key:

1. Run the Demo edition of Stellar Software.

2. Click the Activation button and paste the activation key in the dialog box.

3. Stellar software will connect with the license server to verify the entered key. The software will activate after successful validation of the key.

4. ‘Stellar Data Recovery Activated Successfully’ message will be displayed. Click OK.

Following are the prerequisites for successful activation:

1. You must be logged in as an Administrator into the system.

2. Ensure undisrupted Internet connectivity while activating the software.

3. Copy and paste the activation key instead of typing it in the dialog box.

4. While copying the activation key, ensure that no extra spaces or characters are copied with the key.

5. Ensure that the activation key matches the software application and version installed on your system.

6. No antivirus/ firewall must be enabled.

  Please ensure that you have installed the same edition and version of the software as per your purchased license key. In your order details, please also check whether you have purchased the software for Mac or Windows.

- Activation Failed or Unable to activate the software
  Please ensure that you have installed the same edition and version of the software as per your purchased license key. If you are still unable to activate the software online, please try offline activation as follows:
  1. Click Advanced Settings in the menu bar.
  2. Click the Offline Activation button.
  3. A Registration ID is generated on this window. To generate the License Key, you need to email the Registration ID and Activation Key you had received after purchasing the software to support@stellarinfo.com.

  Kindly follow the below steps:
  
  Open This PC and then open “C drive”
  
  Click “View tab” and check the “hidden items” tab.
  
  Open the Program Data folder.
  
  Search the “key-base” folder in the Program Data.
  
  If the key-base folder is not shown listed in the Program data folder, follow the below steps:
  
  Click View and then select Options after opening the Program Data folder.
  
  Click Change folder and Search option.
  
  Click View in Folder options prompt.
  
  Uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)” option.
  
  Click Apply, and then you will be able to see the key-base folder.
  
  Delete the key-base folder.
  
  Uninstall the software and then reinstall the software.
  
  Now try to activate the software.

  4. Search the “key-base” folder in the Program Data.
    
    If the key-base folder is not shown listed in the Program data folder, follow the below steps:
    
    Click View and then select Options after opening the Program Data folder.
    
    Click Change folder and Search option.
    
    Click View in Folder options prompt.
    
    Uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)” option.
    
    Click Apply, and then you will be able to see the key-base folder.
  5. Delete the key-base folder.
  6. Uninstall the software and then reinstall the software.
  7. Now try to activate the software.
