I have the same problem.
3 files - each a couple of MB, disk space is several hundred GB.
Your software says insufficient disk space.
Is this a complete scam?

Your app foind the files just like others. I payed for it, I opened space and it show the INSUFFICIENT SPACE message. How the hell?

Like the others in this thread, I just paid for your software, found my files to recover but had 'insufficient space' on every drive I tried to recover the files too. The files are 45gb each and the spaces I'm trying to recover them to have 200+gb and 650+GB respectively. Why won't it work?
